Patterns behind memorable titles
Horror titles tend to use a handful of shapes: the place ("The House on Ashgrove Lane"), the possession ("What the Well Keeps"), the instruction ("Don't Answer the Second Knock"), the single ominous noun, or the time ("Before the Lamps Go Out"). The generator uses phrase structures like these with word banks tuned for each theme.
Use a title as a prompt in its own right. A title that makes you ask "why?" usually has a story behind it.
