Twists that recontextualise
The best twists don't come from nowhere; they change the meaning of what the reader has already seen. The generator draws on recurring patterns: the protector who is the threat, the haunting that is a warning, the victim who invited it in, the place that is the creature. It fills them with characters, objects and places that suit your theme.
Treat a result as a direction, not a verdict. A twist only lands if the clues are already in your story, so once you choose one, go back and plant them.
