Paperwork for the unexplained
Case files make fiction feel documented. A typed report with a reference number, a stamped status and photographs clipped to the page suggests that someone, somewhere, took the events seriously enough to file them.
The maker lays out your text on a manila dossier page in a typewriter face, numbers the evidence photographs, prints your notes as an investigator's log and adds a status stamp such as OPEN, UNRESOLVED or CLASSIFIED. Nothing is filled in automatically except what you type, so the file is entirely your own story.
Use it for role-playing games, alternate-reality games, school projects or as an illustration for a story you have written.
