How to use it

Tropes worth a square

Horror runs on conventions: the car that won't start, the phone with no signal, the character who says they'll be right back. Spotting them is half the fun of a movie night. Each card draws 24 tropes at random from a list for your chosen theme, plus a free centre square.

Marking is saved in your browser, so a card survives a refresh during the film. Five in a row across, down or diagonally is a bingo, and the card will tell you when you get one.
